What to expect on the call

This is a genuine conversation — not a sales pitch. We'll talk about where you are right now, what you're navigating, and whether coaching is the right next step. You don't need to prepare anything. Just show up honestly.

The call is 30 minutes. Come somewhere private, with time either side if you need it.
