I’m a founder, award-winning CEO, and one of the world’s first fully accredited Master Intuitive Psychology Coaches. As the leader of HubGem – recognised globally for its culture and innovation – I’ve proven that businesses can scale successfully while prioritising people, wellbeing, and happy workplaces.

Alongside building a high-growth tech company, I understand the realities of juggling entrepreneurship with the demands of a young family. This lived experience shapes my belief that leadership must be human at its core. My work explores the intersection of AI, intuition, and human-centred leadership – blending technology with psychology and culture to unlock clarity, spark innovation, and create organisations where people and performance thrive together.

My vision is a world where businesses become spaces of purpose and belonging, where leaders are guided by both data and heart, and where humans and AI work in harmony, not in competition, to create happier, more impactful futures.
