I don't coach theory. I coach from experience.

I hold the highest coaching accreditation available. As one of the world's first accredited Master Intuitive Psychology Coaches, I've been trained to the most rigorous standard in this field — across neuroscience, psychology, subconscious pattern work, nervous system regulation, and integrative coaching practice. It represents rigorous training, research, supervised practice, and mastery across over 34 evidence-based techniques.

I work at the level where most coaching doesn't reach. Behavioural coaching produces behavioural change. All coaching is delivered online, 1:1, via Zoom — accessible globally and designed to fit around the demands of senior leadership.

The methodology draws on neuroscience, psychology, and intuitive intelligence. Sessions go beneath the surface — working at the level of identity, belief, and subconscious pattern, not just conscious strategy. Many of the most powerful techniques involve guided, eyes-closed work that accesses the deeper layers of your thinking and experience where most coaching doesn't reach.

This is a confidential, rigorous, and entirely non-judgmental space. Everything stays between us.

The depth and format of the work depends on the programme — from a single intensive session to a 12-week transformation engagement. Every coaching relationship is different, because every leader is different.
